Before returning to the private practice of law in 2023, Mr. Sanchez worked for over thirty years in the California Community College system as an instructor and in administration. He was a college president for seven of those years (2015-2022), and has also taught law and leadership classes at California State University at Sacramento, California State University at Northridge, and California Lutheran University. Based of his extensive experience in the field of education, Attorney Sanchez especially enjoys representing educators (including teachers and professors, classified staff members, and administrators) in a wide range of issues, including estate planning, employment disputes, and pension disputes.
Additionally, Attorney Sanchez represents individuals and companies who provide contractual support to the field of higher education, helping his clients negotiate and implement contractual relationships with higher education institutions.
